I think so too, although the OLED on the ASIS Vivobook Go looks more enticing.
I've purchased 2 eBay cert refurbs and they work just fine, with no aesthetic blemishes whatsoever. But ymmv
CS Dept recommended i7, 16 gb ram, 512 gb ssd, looking to spend approx $700 max
I don't know the difference between i7 and Ryzen 7?

You can probably save money by going for a previous gen i7 1360p laptop, but the Core Ultra laptops are vastly better in power efficiency, GPU, AI, etc, so if you can spend the $700ish you should
