I got one last time for $5. It;s higher quality then I thought, just make sure you use good high MP photos if you aren't going to do a collage. I have it on the wall behind me, I don't know about "repositionable" but it definitely feels like vinyl and should work.

I love these, my CVS always does great with them.

$3 is not great, they have been $1.6 or $1.8 lately, cannot remember exactly.

For the 16x20 the best price lately is $5, I paid $8 since I thought the $5 may take a while to come back but it did a few weeks later.
