They wouldn't give me a new phone even though they had several of the same model in the back of the store. They said they had to have one shipped in because it was a warranty replacement and they also said that doesn't guarantee that the new phones gonna work . So then I'm going on two weeks with the phone didn't work and I spent a little over $100 out-of-pocket initially I believe
Tried going to a different MetroPCS store and found out their franchise so if you have a problem with your phone, you have to go back to the original store
In the end they would not give me my money back and they couldn't give me a phone that worked. I told them I could walk to the 7-Eleven next-door and get a phone that worked in five minutes and here we were on two weeks and they still couldn't get a phone that worked For me
In the end, I had to file a complaint with the Attorney General for my state to get all my money back and I also lost the Google voice number. I couldn't get that back. Miserable as s experience.
I will never buy anything from metro pcs
