Let be clear on their unlocking policy. There is 365 days waiting time, and also the phone should have service for 180 days within 365 days. This is per my recent conversation with their customer service agent.
Please remember that their unlock policy criteria does not specify automatic unlock regardless of the service time.

You're missing the point here. 99% of us only want to pay $125 1x to get the phone. You want to pay $70 a month for 2 years. Not us😀

What's hard to understand? You disable autopay, and you don't get charged again. You don't use this phone with your current account on Metro, so you do not need a less expensive plan.

You can look up all metro deals. Right now I only have S23FE and moto stylus 2024. They both work on T-Mobile. The 2024 Stylus is a very good free phone. It has 8Gb RAM.

have no plans to use sim but phone then I buy phone and after delivery cancelled the plan to save unwanted $75 plan.???

Uh no lol. Everyone would be doing that if that were the case. The reason why this is discounted in the first place is so they can make their money back with people staying on the plans.
