Let be clear on their unlocking policy. There is 365 days waiting time, and also the phone should have service for 180 days within 365 days. This is per my recent conversation with their customer service agent.
Please remember that their unlock policy criteria does not specify automatic unlock regardless of the service time.

You're missing the point here. 99% of us only want to pay $125 1x to get the phone. You want to pay $70 a month for 2 years. Not us😀

I want to keep my number, can I port out my number, say half a month after I activate the phone and port in my number?

Anyone also stuck at last step of purchasing with an error message of having technical issues? I tried all over again then it says the number can not be transferred. Any solutions?

As an example you could have gotten a google pixel 9 for free if you traded in an iphone 12 + they give you a $200 gift card the deals are not as insane for iphone to iphone but they do exist.

Here was what i have so far

order iphone 12 for $125 when the phone arrived tried to activate(failed it says number not compatible) then the next day email arrived saying activate using a link went through website activation from email link phone esim was able to activate once activated logged into my online account. You have to wait because you need an sms code Once logged in added a tablet for $20. Tried to add another iphone 12 but it says "not eligible to add a line" ordered rsim19 on ebay.

Try switching browsers. E.g. edge to chrome or chrome to edge. This worked for me.

I bought an iphone12 for $175 before this deal and haven't opened it. Should I return it or would it be good to keep for a future trade in ?

If you're planning to use this iPhone 12 just as a trade in once the 16s come out, do you have to still activate it? And if you're using a GV number would you have to wait for the number to completely port over? I see some people saying it is taking a long time for GV. I want to trade in for the pre-order deals in September.
