Let be clear on their unlocking policy. There is 365 days waiting time, and also the phone should have service for 180 days within 365 days. This is per my recent conversation with their customer service agent.
Please remember that their unlock policy criteria does not specify automatic unlock regardless of the service time.

You're missing the point here. 99% of us only want to pay $125 1x to get the phone. You want to pay $70 a month for 2 years. Not us😀

240 trade in value for pixel so it's like a positive 115? Is that worth it? 🧐
Just go buy on ebay. Plenty people sell for like $600

I received the rsim but its not working. No carrier menu pop up. Do you need to delete the metro esim first? The phone should be on or off while inserting the rsim?

Ok I got it working. Here is what I did. Some steps might not be necessary. But I just wanna start from fresh.

1. Reset network
2. Create passcode
3. Insert rsim with T-Mobile sim
4. When ask for passcode, click emergency, enter # and dial key
5. Pick 5g auto
6. Pick metropcs
7. I think there's a cancel key to exit
Done

edit:
just couldn't get it to work with service for verizon i popped a tmo sim in there and it worked with the auto 5g mode choosing metropcs.

Try to pick 5G - Manual instead of Auto then follow the step that lou2004 posted

Please let us know if it works with verizon sim. I had similar experience from different r-sum vendor. When using verizon/Att sim card, it can pass the activation step, and recognize the correct phone number, but no signal.

anyone try to/ plan on getting this + trading device into ATT for $800 in credits?
Not with AT&T, but it worked beautifully for $800 in credits from Best Buy towards my Pixel 9. Trade-in for bill credits is usually a bad idea.

Try to turn off the esim or put it as secondary and select the sim card as the primary. You can do that on the setting>cellular

My first order for the iPhone 12 with Google voice port worked perfectly a few weeks ago. Since then have tried to port another to get Samsung A35 and it keeps telling me to call them. I called and they said they pushed it through. Never got confirmation email to that effect. No order, charge fell off card. Exact same thing happened again too

I'm going to go ahead and go the Visible route

A35 for 35 bucks total with a few bucks for Visible line is absolutely worth the hassle IMO
I managed to get it to work after two failed tries!

Did ground shipping and changed the credit card I used and it went through this time. Maybe most importantly, used my Metro number on the order itself

Same unlocked GV number ported in

35 bucks shipped for A35 is a steal. Waiting for good Spectrum deal

Have you tried reset network (erase esim), select 5G manual and edit apn for Verizon? Apn is automatically setup but you can manually edit it.
