FYI - From what I have heard if your GPU has a USB-C port, you may not need this adapter. YMMV

I am curious is Sony is sitting on enough stock to eventually bundle this with the headset at or below the current low of 349, or if they will dump enough product to be done with the headset. I say this as someone who purchased at the most recent price drop, but may return in the next month.

I bought one, I dont understand how this has been selling out. I thought the PS VR2 was a flop?

This is accurate. I got one and then realized that my RTX 2070 Super worked directly with the VR2.

Correct! If you have the older nvidia's with the virtual link port, you do not need this. Just plug directly in.

It kind of is? Sony released this to try and gain some good will but based on most recent reports, the device is on its last legs.
