I don't have a red label suit, however. I have their nicer version which is around $328-348. I will say their suits fit true to size for me. I'm 5' 10"ish and 175 lbs, athletic build with slightly thicker thighs. 40R is what I am in Spier, Brooks Bros, Suit Supply, etc., with minimal tailoring. Usually classic/contemporary fit (not slim).

This is Joe (owner of Dappered)'s conclusion: That said, these are the best suits you're going to find for under $300. For a wedding, for a job interview, for whatever [dappered.com]. What Spier and Mackay has done here is very, very economically impressive.
Edit: I had their first run of t shirts from years ago (like 2019 or 2020?) and the collars weren't great. The material/color is good, but the collars were pretty skimpy and rolled. Allegedly they've fixed that in their most recent batch, since they reintroduced t shirts

A 40 suit has a 44 inch chest. That's odd to me, and with no returns, I would be careful here. Your normal suit size might not fit right.

Edit: not to say that this is 100% true, but it's quite suspect that immediately after I create an account for this website, my data is leaked and I get these types of emails when I haven't before.
They are going away from 'standard' drop 6 trousers. This is why these ones are on sale. The 'new' option allows you to select your trouser size, IE 46 jacket, 36 trouser - but are $50 more. Not sure why they didn't just separate them and sell them that way, maybe they were already packaged up and didn't want to unpackage lol
Also, their Core suits are $398, which I believe are higher quality?

FWIW, Spier & Mackay does have an excellent reputation for quality materials and good value. If the sizes & measurements work for you, its worth trying IMO.
