You have to send the socks in and they see what kind of socks they are and give you a store credit for that amount that only works on full priced socks. So you would be out your shipping and time to ship and they would only give you enough credit to purchase whatever these socks list at. Overall not worth the $6 you would save. Your time is worth more than that.

So if I bought for example a sock on sale for $6 originally $10. Do they give a voucher for any sock, just a $6 voucher code, or $10 voucher code?

It's kinda like a coupon for their site that only works on full price items. So they would give you a $10 coupon to use on any sock. I've never done it for kids socks to adults. But I did it from women's to men's.

Does the coupon include free shipping? I know we have to pay for shipping the sock to them.

The padding isn't as great as thorlo, if that matters to you. Love the lifetime warranty though

Yes, it's free shipping on the way back. On the way in you pay shipping I believe. Use USPS first class and it's like $4 I think
