existing customer here: the website, even after logging in, was only ever showing me the new customer deal (making me have to buy a 6 month plan). but i was able to use the mint mobile *app* to order it (pro xl for $699). good luck!

I can't even buy it through the app or on the website. Every time I clicked on "Shop for new phone" it logged me out so only show as new customer only. Anyone is able to buy it?

it does log you out.. at least for me but I can add the phone to cart without having to add a plan. Not sure if that matters - I haven't purchased.

that takes me to an in-app browser with a non-logged in session. but when you click view more details on the phone it doesn't make you buy a plan. i was able to order 699+tax, and got a "your order? confirmed" email w/ an order number.

It doesn't make me select any plan but the terms and conditions seems to indicate it's for a new customer. It says: "Plans must be activated within 45 days...." I don't need any plan since I'm on the annual prepaid already.

Order seems to have processed for just the base Pixel 9 phone using "the app", no plan addons. I got a order confirmation number, lets see if they cancel it or not. $399.00 + tax.

For what it's worth... I'm a mint customer on a cheap plan for my 12 year old daughter, I pay $180 a year for the 5 gig/month plan ($15 a month isn't bad). She has an ancient moto G power (2020 I think) and even after a factory reset it's dying (too many read/writes to the emmc??)

In short I logged in and ordered the pixel 9 for $400. So we'll see but the promo for existing customers appears to be working. Like others have said, you need to log in AND THEN shop for phones and they'll show deals you qualify for.

I'll update if I run into any problems but it appears you can just port over your existing mint number and that counts.
