a really beefy power supply, maybe minimum 800 watts gold certified or better.

Yeah, good point, I'd say at least 1000W on the PSU as on 7600 requires 550W minimum.

Not a bad deal, I built this setup but added another 16 gigs of ddr5. The 7600 is a very capable 1080/1440p card, it just got lost in the shuffle with the 6650xt (almost identical performance) and 6600 (20-25% faster than the 6600). If you dont care about AAA in 4k or ray tracing, this is solid buy.
Perhaps, if you do want the bigger SSD and more RAM. Otherwise, this is a whole $125 less. I would vote for this as a better value.

Not much can happen in 15 days. A lot can a happen before 90 days.
Costco's return policy for computers is 90 days from the date of purchase, and the item must be in reasonably good condition. Costco's return policy for electronics also includes tablets, projectors, monitors, cameras, smart watches, fitness trackers, gaming consoles, and mobile phones.
No need to beg or give up your first born to return items at costco or pay a restocking fee or even worse put on the BAD list.
Clarification: Best Buy ended its relationship with The Retail Equation in 2019, according to the company.

Not a bad deal if you don't want to build your own. Deals like this are why small time PC hobby builders can't make a profit
Funny I very clearly remember when we could save a lot of money by building your own. Nowadays not so much, especially if you wait for a good sale, are okay with refurbished or a generation or two old technology.
I think the only exception maybe people that have a microcenter locally and can get one of those sweet combo deals. But even then its probably still similar to the cost of this new machine.,
