They are all overpriced, but I do love them. I actually really like my Bugouts. I have like 10 Benchmades now and I love how you can customize them with aftermarket parts. My personal faves:
Mini Osborne 945 - aluminum, classic shape, feels good in hand. Longest mini blade.
Mini Adamas 273 - Great size, great weight, great steel with CPM-CruWear. I believe it may be their thickest knife steel. Expensive but you can beat the thing to hell. There are videos of people using the full size for splitting wood.
Bugout 535BK-4 - One of my fav EDC knives. M390 steel stays sharp almost forever. Aluminum handle makes it feel better in hand and gives it a bit more thickness compared to the grivory plastic handles. Just a beautiful knife to beat up.
Mini Griptillian 555 (Purdue) - 1 of 2 Benchmades with a thump hole. This is a fidget toy that will wreck your hands. No stud to get caught on your pants when pulling out and the flick action with the hole is so satisfying. Spyderco knows what they are doing with the thumb hole. Great sheepsfoot blade that is perfect for actual tasks that people need knives for.
Mini Freek 565-1 - May be my favorite Benchmade, but so stupidly expensive I never use it. Perfect grip, perfect size, perfect weight, S90V steel, just so overpriced, make this $40 less msrp and it would be in the same convo as the Osborne and Bugout.
Bugout 535BK-2 - If you are going for a Bugout. Get this one. They add carbon to the grivory handles and it makes them super stiff and add almost no weight. This knife is light, sharp and disappears in your pocket. Really great EDC knife and once you beat up the scales , you can swap them for an aluminum, CF, brass, resin, and many other materials and colors to make your knife just for you. Great entry knife to Benchmade.
All of these knives are overpriced for what you get, but they are a classy and people will ask you about them when you pull one out.
Most of my suggestions are the mini versions as I feel they are more useful for edc purposes, which, let's be honest, is 90% cutting tape on boxes. Also there are a lot of places that do not permit blades over 3" so generally that's why companies make 2 sizes. I personally like the size of the minis versions minus the Bugout which feels too thin to use with normal grip.
Hope this helps. I love the company and their knives but I am under no illusion that they are overpriced and slightly above average quality. If you just want a quality knife I have many other suggestions that I can offer if you dm me. My collection is in the hundreds now.

Still overpriced for what they are.
That said, after searching for many years for 'the perfect edc' I've settled on the mini boost. Just the right size, good blade shape, s30v steel, assisted opening, reversible clip, scales that don't feel cheap and hollow, thumb studs (not a fan of flipper bumps). It checked all my boxes. Unfortunately it's discontinued now.

8 years now still rocking with my Benchmade 943. Best thing about it is if I want to upgrade this knife can still fetch me over $100 on ebay. Now I'm waiting for good deals on Strider knives.
Save your money and buy a Kershaw with SV35N or magnacut blade. If you have never owned a high quality blade, it will blow your mind (like it did mine).
