2. They are being drop shipped from Texas directly from Wallbox
3. Wallbox has 1,500 orders from this sale
That makes Wallbox a vendor/creditor for these orders, and has not received one penny for them yet. And Fisker will ultimately have to pay for them, not the individual people who ordered and paid for them. Because they paid Fisker, not Wallbox.
How dropship works is Wallbox sends out 1,500 of these, and then sends Fisker an invoice for payment, with payment terms like 30 days net. But Fisker is bankrupt and protected from creditors. If I was Wallbox, I'd put the brakes on shipping these out really quick. Otherwise they risk not getting paid after shipping them all. Or Wallbox renegotiates payment terms to prepay in full before orders are shipped.
