Ordered this last month for the higher price and till now I cannot get a hold of anyone at Fisker. Do not buy this! You will never get it and you will never be able to get a hold of them.
I also own a Fisker Ocean and I probably have a better chance of reaching the president then reach the Fisker Service or anyone at Fisker. |

We have contacted our managers to inquire about the purchases made on the Fisker website. Unfortunately, since those orders were not placed through our website, we are unable to track them at all. The information we currently have indicates that there may be a delay in delivery.
Our logistics team informed us yesterday that the fist batch of 360 was shipped yesterday from FedEx, and the next one will be shipped in the next few days, We will also eventually receive the tracking numbers of those ships, and as soon as that occurs, we will get in touch with our customers.

I called Fisker yesterday, and one of the rep said they are waiting for FedEx to pick up the packages.

Edit: I ordered mine on 8/25 7:45p US Eastern time. So it looks like it took about 8 business days for them to get the label created. I contacted Wallbox on 9/7 and they replied within a few hours - see below...
"Thank you for contacting Wallbox. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to set an ETA since this purchase was not made on our website. We are only in charge of shipping, and we have a delay due to a large amount of orders—more than 1000 on a single day. I can assure you that you will receive the charger at the location you confirmed on the Fisker but we would really appreciate your understanding in regards of this situation. Thank you!"
