It has a back stuff pocket between the mesh and the stretchy exterior fabric. I bought a medium and it runs smaller than a typical adidas medium shirt

I agree, they didn't do themselves any favors with the photo's of the back of the pack. It's very difficult to see exactly what it has for rear storage. But I'm gonna give it a shot with free shipping and returns.

If you have pockets that hold your water and fuel for long runs of 15 miles plus (2 hour+), or water stops I suppose you don't need a vest.

Nothing worse than having a backpack bouncing on your back while running. A good vest should fit snug and flexable to your body.

Adidas is not known for making good trail running vest. But for $38 I would try it.

Got mine. It fits pretty small. I'm a stereotypical skinny runner and wear medium shirts. Bought the medium and Holy crap. It's form fitted. I understand you want it not to bounce, but I think a large might have been better. I can't imagine how a large would fit on a big dude.

Yeah same here. I mainly bought it because I needed some more hydropak bottles. The medium fits really small compared to my salomon adv skin 12 which is also in a medium. My chest size is around 37" I prob won't use this much over the adv skin. Maybe for shorter trail/road runs where im not carrying alot of snacks/layers... the adjustments on this are pretty bad compared to the salomon vest but for the price i guess you can't really complain much.
