Remember when this company was gonna announce the Innovation that Will Change the World? Let's see...so far the world of mall guarding and novelty city tours have been revolutionized. Everything else, not so much. Now, they make...go-karts?? They've got 4 wheels. And are a kids' toy. The world has indeed changed.

Their kids toys are overpriced junk if reviews are to be trusted. Makes me wonder about the quality of this kart.

Who would want to bring this thing indoors to use as a controller. The wheels will be disgusting.

$1,999.99 online directly from the manufacturer. Even though its $100 above in-store pricing it is still a good deal for a highly rated electric go-kart.

It would be, if this were a "highly rated electric go-kart." Sadly, not so much.

Yep. He was the commencement speaker for my undergrad graduation and that was right around that time I am pretty sure before they actually revealed what the life changing innovation was.

There are tons far better but also way more expensive. 26 mph max is on the lower side. Good ones can get 50+

I have two of these. A regular GoKart and a GoKart Pro (1). My boys (and their friends) love them. They use them both in GoKart mode and self balancing Segway mode.

I think I've had the first one for 4-5 years and the Pro for 2 years now.

This certainly isn't cheap but if you have the disposable income, you will probably be happy with it.

I'm curious too. In my prior research there isn't anything really close in this market segment and known brand.

Where is the battery made from? I'm only concerned about that as it will stay in the garage.
