The Deco supports a higher theoretical max speed on the 5ghz band but I doubt you will be able to get that, and it depends on the ability of your receiver. Plus, operating in mesh mode will reduce speeds since each satellite node needs to dedicate time to communication with other nodes. In a tri band setup like with the Linksys this is less of an issue since you can dedicate one 5ghz radio to that node to node communication.
The Linksys also has a large amount of RAM and storage since it was designed for enterprise. I'm doubtful the Deco is so powerful.
One unknown is actual radio performance per router. However given that the original retail price of a single one of the Linksys routers is the same as 3x of the Decos, I'm gonna guess that the Linksys is probably better.
Finally, obviously the Decos don't have any custom firmware development.
So, aside from official mesh support, I think the Linksys is probably the better choice. If OpenWRT or DD-WRT matures for the Linksys, it will be an even better deal.

Working on a 3 story fix for a friend and there is no ethernet wired backhaul available. I am playing with the tri-band for backhaul, which I hope works well, so I'll use these as a backup if the other ones don't work out.
These are smaller and look better, not that it matters to me, but I like options.
