The Deco supports a higher theoretical max speed on the 5ghz band but I doubt you will be able to get that, and it depends on the ability of your receiver. Plus, operating in mesh mode will reduce speeds since each satellite node needs to dedicate time to communication with other nodes. In a tri band setup like with the Linksys this is less of an issue since you can dedicate one 5ghz radio to that node to node communication.
The Linksys also has a large amount of RAM and storage since it was designed for enterprise. I'm doubtful the Deco is so powerful.
One unknown is actual radio performance per router. However given that the original retail price of a single one of the Linksys routers is the same as 3x of the Decos, I'm gonna guess that the Linksys is probably better.
Finally, obviously the Decos don't have any custom firmware development.
So, aside from official mesh support, I think the Linksys is probably the better choice. If OpenWRT or DD-WRT matures for the Linksys, it will be an even better deal.

I am sure people who bought multiples will see this as a money making opportunity and return to Costco. Costco asks for the Membership card when processing returns and should be able to see the ~58 price on the Instacart (same Day) order but it's nice of them to return ~119.
I am aware of being able to see the Instacart shopper's purchase receipt in the Costco mobile app and that is the ~119 price.
Did you ask for return as Cash or did you put it on a Costco cashcard (Gift Card/Merchandise credit), because you do not want the refund(return) amount to go back onto the Instacart shopper's card?
