I have this amp and I really like all of the tones people have created that you can download from the Blackstar site, You can use all of the different pedals to make your own tones or customize the ones you download and although it is not as easy as with the Positive Grid amp and app but this amp is under $100 and you can get about any sound you want. I have actually found more tones you can download created by famous people on the Blackstar sight then I have at the Positive Grid sight. This is a great amp at this price!

Omg I didn't know amps can do that now! That's amazing. I'm a hobby guitarist but I've had a pretty long break from all the tech and recording stuff, just jam every now and then. However, since I'm remodeling a room to be an office, I'd love to get back into recording. Your comment inspired me to purchase this.

V4 has upgraded to usb-c, a reduced wattage mode, and a sounds little louder.

No. This is a guitar amp. Keyboard needs a different amplifier speaker as this won't be able to handle base.
