I bought this deal a few weeks ago and go the battery kit and haven't had a problem with the battery kit besides it being the older style battery which is a lot heavier

I've done this before with Dewalt and Home Depot, and expect it to work just fine this time also, but obviously that depends on the policy remaining the same. I think it'll be fine, though.

Worked for me, I was able to order both for delivery and cancel the charger/battery right after placing the order.

For me, i already had a charger and kit. I just need to wait fir tool only or deal hack deals.
