Even if this were the whole story and 100% accurate (it's not), this is still a prebuilt.

The 2 year warranty will cover any issues with the processor.

The worst case scenario is you get an extended warranty on it and they give you a free upgrade if it survives past the two year mark.

I can't say the price is anything spectacular, however. $200 less and it would be an instant buy.
