Yes, they do. Cancellation within 14 days is a 100% refund. After the first 14 days of the contract, the termination fee they charge you is 50% of your remaining contract obligation and the cancellation is effective at the end of the month you make the request.

I recommend going through the "Abobe Cancellation process" it will offer you a discount or extend your plan for free. Currently I only pay $20 a month for the full Adobe suite. Originally it was $49 and every 3 months I've just tryed to cancel getting a better rate. ($20 is the lowest I've got tho)
