Got one a few weeks ago...works fine but any weight on it and it'll start pulling away from the outlet.. there is no way to secure it to the wall, just uses the friction of the outlet.
In the photos, I'm seeing a center hole that appears a screw can be used to fasten it to a receptacle.

See attached.

Apparently there are 2 versions. Mine came in a box, not the clear packaging in the OP picture and does not have the center hole.

I bought a 3 pack of these a while ago because I wanted to free up some counterspace in the bathrooms. Unfortunately the spacing between the receptacles on GFCI outlets is a little wider than other outlets, so it didn't fit on those plugs. Only 1 bathroom had a non-GFCI outlet that was downstream from another GFCI where I could use this product.
I realize I could switch all the circuits over to GFCI breakers in the panel, but that's a lot more money and work.

EDIT: I was mistaken. The reviews say this version only plugs into one receptacle, meaning it might be a little loose if you have decora outlets and can't use the center screw, but at least it should fit your GFCI outlets.
Yeah. I was going to say the picture of this being used in a bathroom is a little odd. I've only got one outlet in each bathroom which means they GFCI outlets and this probably won't fit and definitely won't be able to be screwed. That means it isn't going to be good about supporting a lot of weight without just pulling out of the outlet. And that electric razor looks like it would fall over in a stiff breeze. The side outlets seem like they'd be especially awkward to use with the bottom shelf.

Personally, this doesn't seem like that great of a deal. I don't consider Sharper Image to really be a major brand in this area so I'm sure they are just slapping their name on something made in china and may have even had 0 input on it's actual design. As such I see it as equivalent to an number of similar items from random Chinese brands on Amazon or temu/AliExpress if you just want to order it directly from the source.

If you didn't need a shelf OR if like me, you don't have the width available for the shelf one...

One of my store said it has 26 in stock, but when I got there, they emptied out where it's supposed to be. It was at an empty section with a yellow clearance sticker at the power surge section. I asked 2 associates that used their itemizer phone scanner things and it did show its in stock, but they couldn't find it. They also only had 2 clearance sections but they weren't there too. Lastly I went to costumer service desk and on their computer, the website didn't show anything but I'm guessing she was at the wrong store.

This experience is not unique to this product nor slickdeals products. Inventory that does not turnover frequently is often difficult for employees (and customers) to locate.

Maybe at your store, but there's plenty at several stores in my area at a clearance price.

anyone know what aisle they would be in?
Since it is a clearance item, you may need an associate to find it. For those stores which have this in stock, they do not list the aisle location.

FYI - the USB ports are only rated at 2.1A shared. Looks like the product was released a few years back (2021?) before higher power ports were common. Might explain why it is on clearance. Not a problem for folks who plan to just plug in to the AC plugs. Or those who don't require fast USB charging ports.
