RIP Paul Reubens
The movie was more geared for adults, while the show was aimed at kids. Even though it was loosely based on PeeWee's stage show, they made it a lot more juvenile, but with enough to make adults laugh. It was like Blues Clues meets Yo Gabba Gabba meets Mr Rogers.
I mean, Lawrence Fishburne and Phil Hartman?! Awesome.

I only ever saw the movie, is the show worth watching or letting a kid watch?
