These are soft plushies not for tough chewers. That said the 'voice box' in these is like nebulizer tubing and it makes the funniest honking sound that my dog loved - for 5 minutes

They aren't made to be resistant to chewers (at least my impression) - my two huskies for some reason do NOT try to rip open and de-floof all of their toys so these things (I have like 9 of them now) have been going strong for 2ish years now - on occasion I will play tug-o-war with one or both of them with one of these in their mouths and they haven't shredded - so they aren't by any means poorly made / will rip with just looking at them - but a dog that likes to get to the insides of a toy will have no issue tearing these open.

Medium dog will surgically rip it apart, extract the honker and then the stuffings. Will last 2 days.

And my dog is not a chewer in general.

Maybe 2 minutes based on lamb chop. They aren't too durable.

This is my dog's favorite toy. We put it in a closet when not in play, and he will camp out in front of it every other day quietly to request it. He gets into it and defluffs and desquakers it, takes about 4 months, so we buy about 3 a year.

Anyone else get theirs yet? Mine just arrived… could swear the XL was larger. The tag says "XL" but it seems to be the size of the "Large", based on having purchased both sizes a few years ago. Has shrinkflation hit the hedgehogs?
