After order it says
"The EcoFlow Alternator Charger will be shipped separately by the end of May."

Absolutely jump on this if you can use it! I got the deal the last time which was a little bit more than this. Just installed in my Grand Cherokee this past weekend. Perhaps the easiest installation of anything of this sort I've ever done.

This seems to be an adapter to install in your car and charge the EcoFlow portable battery faster than with the car charger plug. It's not the battery.

I would definitely buy this if there was a way to use this while an extra battery is already plugged into the Delta 2. Weird oversight imo

Absolutely! Works flawlessly on my Ford C-Max Energi which is a PHEV. Plan to use my car as a generator for the next major power outage after Beryl. Works especially well for hybrid cars as the engine only kicks on briefly every once in a long while depending on your power draw. Hybrid battery provides power export most of the time so no exhaust fumes or noise most of the time.

Has anyone adapted this to work on the delta pro ultra? It wasn't supported when I emailed them months ago but someone on youtube made it sound like a different cable was coming this summer.

Could possibly go through solar inputs at 500w max. Not sure official cables are available yet but could make your own custom cable.
