Edit: It's a game. You've gotta experiment. Some items and quantities trigger the $20 limit earlier than others.
Edit: I snagged three bags of Blue Buffalo Tastefuls dry cat food (1 Weight Control, 2 Multi Cat) in one order with the full 60% discount. Sweet! Nice glitch. Thanks, OP!

I *did* have to empty the cart and start over to find the right combo but definitely worth the time.

I just had to switch to a totally different manufacturer browser and and it started searching again. Yall better grab a cup of coffee before trying this deal as it is going to take some patience to get this to work. Nearly every items I am trying has capped discount at $20. I was only lucky once and refreshed the screen and the deal was gone. If you get a $20 capped item you must clear your cart and then start your search over.
