It has 2 slight scratches on one of them. It works fine and still has 4 to 6 months left of warranty from the 3 I got.

refurb excellent headphones are all over the place; look how many different retailers are selling them. the product is near at end of life and anything unused that can't be sold as new falls into the category and if amazon gets them and refurbs them (basically does nothing), you should get one. for this price, it doesn't have to be excellent....i take one at very good or good.
