The C300 AC is closer in size and weight. It has more & more powerful USB ports, including one that supports 140W input; EB3A has 1 100W output, no input. The EB3A has twice as much peak AC power and solar input, plus a wireless charging pad on top. C300 app supports WiFi and Bluetooth, just Bluetooth for EB3A. C300 has a 5 year warranty (3 years for DC model), vs 2 year for EB3A. Anker has a better reputation for support as well.
I own a EB3A and the C300 AC looks like a better comparable unit - but to be honest I think the C300 DC is a better device for most use cases for a small power station. It's got enough juice to run a DC fridge, CPAP or other DC devices, more USB ports for keeping a family's devices topped off, plus a truly useful area light. All that and a cheaper, lighter, smaller unit; and if you really need occasional AC power, you can run a small 100W inverter off the DC port.
AC outputs on small power stations are fine for a narrow set of use cases, just very limited by both maximum power and short runtimes. A larger power station will be more useful for AC loads.

I bought one to test the waters for more comprehensive backup during power loss...but not ready for whole home or nearly whole home backup power in case of heavy storm events.
This unit should run lamps, electric kettles, router, and recharge tablets or laptops as needed during a power outage. If we picked up an efficient electric cooler/ice chest, this would play a role to an extent. The 5 year warranty made it a reasonable and borderline no-brainer purchase. I have not checked consumption but 600W sounds decent for other items we might use like a fan, etc, as we are in TX.
If this purchase turns out well, then well look into higher end stuff more in line with generators and whole home backup.

During last power outage, I even used a small Jackery 240watt to power my tankless water heater so family can take shower — it's a gas machine but needs a little electricity to start the fire and control temperature then it uses gas as main energy. I also used it to open/close garage doors so my car can go out during outage. My kid brought it to power a sewing machine in a park for a school project. I also used it to power an electric pump over the 12v socket to add air to my car tires.
Most of these small things only need ~50 watt so it's a very handy tool.
