These are on sale at Sam's for over $15 for 150. This is a better deal but above comment on the smell has me questioning buying 2 packs

Regular price at my Costco is $19.99 for 200 bags but when on sale they are $17.99
So Costco is a little less but this sale is great for anyone who doesn't shop at Costco.
Quality is probably about the same (although generic, Costcos bags are as good as the name brand ones)
