Pretty handy overall but the range of illumination is limited compared to some knockoff branded lantern/mosquito zapper I picked up off Amazon that i also brought. We used that one for hanging inside the tent as the Eveready wasnt very bright used that way. These are good for the picnic table though
I really wish they had a steady red option for night vision and the micro USB is little annoying.
That said, they are extremely versatile. If they are too bright for you, use parchment paper to diffuse the harshness.
