I stopped buying these tools - they all broke after light use - no really. The jigsaw got jammed up and would not work anymore after cutting 2 3/4" plywood boards. This was probably the 3rd time I used this jigsaw. I buy Kobalt now from Lowes and it is a step up for me. Good luck.

I haven't used the jig saw yet, but I put a reciprocating saw through hell. I seriously thought I was going to melt the thing. It survived and works as if I hadn't used it the entire afternoon as a chainsaw LOL.

Did this to my reciprocating saw too. Even bent the blade trying to cut through a log. It's still working fine.

- Oscillating tool - $47.51
- Starter kit (4.0Ah and 2.0Ah batteries and charger) - $41.49
So this is a better deal if you just want the batteries.Sign up for a Slickdeals account to remove this ad.
