The standard UHS-I protocol implemented by most devices has a top speed of 90-100MB/s. To reach the full speed you'll need Samsung's own USB 3.0 Micro SD reader. It's bundled with the Pro Plus lineup and never sold separately, only available as used on eBay.
Otherwise, there are Lexar card readers supporting 170MB/s transfer speed or above. According to reviews, it works with both Samsung and Sandisk cards with >100MB/s rating:

When it comes to writing, the Sandisk is slooowwwer
I intend to use it with Asus Ally X, so most of the work will be reading from the SD card, rarely writing.
On the other hand, using it in a camera setup would be a disaster since you are writing a lot to the SD card.
