No, it's not a M1 or M2 chip. I personally would not buy buy an iMac or iPad that wasn't at least an M1 chip. The new iOS pad software needs an M1 for a lot of the new features.
Agreed, but the A13 is part of the "Apple Silicone Series", which is what I possibly mistranslated that the person asked.
Technically it is still Apple Silicon; it's just that the A-series is geared toward mobile while the more powerful and capable M-series is for personal computers.
That said, if anyone's looking to use this iPad for more than media consumption and basic computing, I would also rather get an M1 or above for future-proofing.
old model but still works well for basic browsing, email, videos etc
