For what it's worth, if you're a frequent Kohl's shopper (that will make use of Kohls Cash), it might make sense to spend an extra ~$10 to bring pretax subtotal to $25 in order to earn $5 Kohls Cash (i.e., if you're already going to buy this item, then it might make sense to spend $10 to earn $5 Kohls Cash).

They're there mostly for show - so people unfamiliar with the product line don't get totally weirded out. Although the legs do help keep the table upright and level if you put something fairly heavy on it. Regardless, it floats about three eighths of an inch above the ground, but from any distance it looks for all the world like it's supported by those legs like any ordinary table.

That way you can enjoy drink in peace without having to explain to every passerby about trans-spatial force fields, the deuterium power source, etc, etc.
