Closest HF chest is 56" and costs quite a bit more. 20% off inside track for Labor Day brings it to about $720

Anyone know how this will be delivered? Concerned it will be beaten to heck by the time it arrives

There's no way this arrives without a few dents and dings. I bet the delivery people take out their anger on this thing.

US General is 16 gauge steel from what I found online. This is advertised as 18 & 20 gauge steel, so thinner, not as strong and more likely to get banged up. If it's not in an abusive environmental it will probably be fine assuming you can get it delivered undamaged.

I recently built a 'tool wall' using Yukon boxes from HF. The goal was to create the Obsessed Garage look and functionality for under $3K vs. $16K.
During the parking lot sale they were $299. And, if sign up for the HF credit card - you get 10% off your first purchase. So net $270. They are 46" W and you do give up depth at only 18". Yukons also don't have soft close drawers so there are trade offs @ $270.

I did a deep dive into the big box tool chests and the US General tool boxes just seem to out do them, spec-wise, a little bit in every way. I ended up joining HF's inside track just to get a 20% coupon to but their 6ft box and I have been very happy. It's a lifetime purchase.

These big box tool boxes are fine for whatever you will do with them but just know they are made a little cheaper.
