The C64 Mini has been $44.99 new in most places for awhile, but Micro Center has this on sale for $10 off its regular $49.99 price at $39.99. (Edit: now an extra $8 off at $31.99)

Coupled with the recent $15 off $30 new customer coupon (see this SD post for details), I was IFO at $24.99 + tax.

Edit: Price dropped further to $31.99, Micro Center price matched the additional $8 drop and let me still apply the coupon, so I paid $16.99 + tax.

Is this thing hackable? I have my old actual C64 with tons of disks of games, if they still work. I would love to be able to put it all together in one package lol

I'm not sure how hackable this is. It looks like you can load virtual disk/tape/cartridge files from a USB stick, but you'd have to convert your disks to that format and save those onto the USB. But there are apparently apps that can help you do this with a functioning 1541 drive.

Why would you want to hack it? It already lets you load your own downloaded game images...?
