On the other hand if you buy directly from LG then it is almost impossible to exchange if you get one with banding and uniformity issues.

lg also has that pink tint before and now on the c4 series they have a nasty green tint. No way im giving LG a pass with all those years in the oled tv game.

Dolby vision isnt great and people overate it. Seen both it and HDR10+.

Entirely overrated. Power of branding is amazing. I couldn't care less - DV or not. It's either something personal with Samsung or some industry conspiracy that they would dare lose sales over something with such minimal costs, year after year.

I'd love to know their research of estimating lost sales. You know they've done it
