This is a solid deal. At this price point, Ray Tracing or DLSS, even with a new in-box Nvidia card (again, at this price) is really not going to boost your gaming experience to a much higher level.
This really hits a sweet spot.
This card is more at the level of a 3070, while saving you at least $50 from a used 3070 for a GPU that includes a warranty.
If $280 is your budget max it would be a struggle to do better, based on my recent research for a sub-$300 GPU.

This card is more at the level of a 3070, while saving you at least $50 from a used 3070 for a GPU that includes a warranty.

Nice deal. PowerColor supposedly makes the second best quality AMD AIBs after Sapphire. The Fighter is PowerColor's most basic line from what I've read, with two tiers above it. When the next must-have-for-me game comes out, I will be looking to buy this GPU in a Sapphire-branded card if the RX 6750 XT is still the value leader. Till then, I'll keep rocking my old Sapphire RX 470 8GB. Big Grin

I'm looking for an amd GPU to run bazzite (https://bazzite.gg/).

This will be go in the living room which has a 4k TV that can do 120hz and has VRR/gsync/freesync . It also supports 1440p.

Would I be able to target 60fps assuming I don't max out everything ?

Thanks for sharing this deal. I've been looking at a replacement for my aging 2060 and this looks like it'll be perfect! I was looking at the 7800 xt, when they were closer to $400, but this looks like it will do everything I need (and then some) at 1440p (my preferred resolution), and save me several pennies to boot! 😅

Kinda crazy that I've waited long enough for gpus to be cheap, but now my gen3 pci-e motherboard can't support cards I want.

You can still run all them on 3.0 may see a few fps hit depending on title but nothing major IMO.
