If you want to bring it outside you have to do some tweaks to your router with port forwarding and etc, look it up in the internet, it worked for me.
If you're inside the house and try to play it, then lagging shouldn't be a problem, just that you will eventually go back to your PS5 with bigger screen and better controller.
It's a nice to have at $200, now at $160 I'd say it's a good deal.

I can also play at work with no issues, but I have 1 gig fiber at home and 2 gig fiber at work.
