This company is complete garbage, search on the brand. I unfortunatly had to deal with them and fix a broken machine from them myself. GARBAGE

I got this same machine refurbed a bit ago for $79, it has worked well for me the last month on the few projects I have gotten to on it.

Light duty engraver from a chinese company that has been in the game for a bit and produces a range of products. If you're wanting support or warranty service, look elsewhere. A 5.5w diode laser will be strong enough to engrave wood and plastic and cut through maybe 2mm plywood/acrylic. I would recommend getting a refurb for half the price when it goes on sale for ~80-90 rather than a new full price unit.
