It's a scam.
As you scan your receipts, it dangles the promise of free cat litter once you reach 1000 points, while simultaneously reminding you how awesome it would be if you just donated your points to an animal shelter.
As I do not need the warm fuzzies, I saved my points, to finally reach 1000.
Only to find out that once you reach 1000 the cat litter rewards disappear, only to be replaced with an "opportunity" to donate your points to an animal shelter.

I have been wanting to vent this for weeks.
