Ecoflow Delta 3 Plus is coming to replace the Delta 2. Similar specs with same 1024Wh but higher charging cycles (4000), faster charging, higher wattage (AC output), ability to hook up to 4 extra batteries, higher solar charging wattage (500Wx2), faster UPS timing (10ms), a little more quiet, etc. Anyway, not worth the upgrade or the premium initially but should drive the prices of Delta 2 down, maybe to around $400. It may not come down much since Delta 2 stock is pretty low to begin with.

These seem to just keep coming down in price. I'm going to hold out, my river pro is still going and serves my needs. Great deal though.

Agreed… it was a huge pain to track. False advertising on availability

can this one be used as UPS (un-interrupted power system) for PC? thanks
It's a little slow for that. ATX standard requires a PSU to stay powered for at least 17ms. https://www.tomshardware.com/revi...042-6.html

This has about a 30ms switchover time from the wall to the battery. It's possible that it takes less time and your hardware is rated to last over 17ms but I certainly wouldn't count on it for anything important.

Would something like this coupled with an alternator charger be good for a Class B setup if you wanted to forego solar panels?

I believe it's frowned upon, but maybe you could plug a formally rated UPS that has the fast failover time, into this device?

Yes Pecron makes a 500W charger for $150 and Ecoflow sells their 800W for $400. There's youtube videos on both.

You could power lights and devices and fix a low watt breakfast then travel 4 hours and fix a low watt meal and travel 4 hours cook over fire and run lights and devices for the night.
If you had a Toyota Prius you could do all that and have air conditioning for a cool nite sleep.

Just a heads up whatever it says is the delivery timeframe add a month. We did the prime day deal and it was supposed to be a week it was 6, I enquired and they said Amazon shipping timeline wouldn't allow them to enter the correct date 🙄 as it was too far out

How long Can this keep a refrigerator running that is has an 567 KWhr annual usage estimate in the sheet that comes with it? Is it just over half a day?

Ya, don't read too much into the 4000 cycle hype. Both D2 & D3 are using the same EVE C40 cells which is rated for 4000 cycles @ 25C according to datasheet.
It's possible that older D2 units from 2022 were built using Rev1 C40 cells that were rated for 3000 cycles but anything made within the last year should be using newer v2 C40 cells https://www.evebatteryusa.com/_fi...3d3447.pdf

Do i play the lottery and buy this or pay up and get Anker C1000 for higher price? I don't trust Ecoflow to have adequate stock and just seeing the post from prime day, i probably wont see it for a month+.

My solar panel purchase was lost in shipping over the course of a month. Filed for a new one and suddenly the tracking on the first panel started moving again. Should get it this week. 2 solar panels for the price of one at least made it somewhat worth the wait 🤣
