I used this inside and outside my home.

Well depends on how much you want to spend and what makes sense. The plastic walls don't have much rigidity and will deflect if you try to put too much weight on them. Personally I'd just buy freestanding shelving and put that in there. Alternately you could adhere plywood to the walls which would stiffen them up and allow some mounting/shelving. I guess you could frame out the inside with wood (e.g. build stud walls) but that will take up another ~ 4-5" on each wall, and it's also going to cost even more $$. If you get that far I'd be wondering why you just didn't build a regular wooden shed.
Any shed but more importantly plastic sheds, need FLAT level bases. If the base is not flat, the panels won't align well and misalignments tend to stack. So say the base is a bit off kilter, the wall panels won't line up well which puts stress on the fasteners (which are often plastic plugs/pins), then the roof is even further off, etc.
You also want the floor fully supported. The panels are just designed to give you a pretty floor, they won't tolerate an install that's without support.
So the very minimum would be some sort of compacted stone base, kind of like how you'd prep a patio walkway before the pavers. You could do concrete but to do it right takes a lot of time and effort and this size would be an absolute ton of bags (unless you wanted to get a truck).
What I've done in the past that has worked well is to make a plinth/subfloor out of wood (treated). That makes the floor support flat, it also makes it super easy to level and that can be done with pavers in a few spots. Also makes it easy to move the shed if need be (if you pour concrete or do compacted stone base and want to move the shed you have to prepare another site).
I just think i could easily build something out of 2x4's with actual cement siding and shingles for around the same price. I am aware lumber is expensive.

Also, I agree that markets work, when they are properly regulated. When you get 2 or 3 big players that bought everyone else out and control prices, then they don't work (for consumers...they work GREAT for the shareholders and execs however!)
But I digress and will shut up. Not the place for this, and also I am not saying that Lifetime has done anything illegal or even suspicious, but they are taking advantage of a situation that no longer exists and it smacks of being anti-consumer (to me).
