I ordered q revo plus from roborock today. Costco return policy is good but the qrevo plus is the latest model with 7000pa . Isn't the q revo plus worth than the Costco deal?

When the 10th anniversary sale came about on the Roborock website I was really tempted. Qrevo plus model was 599 (560 with a reddit coupon) which had most of the bells and whistles of the higher end models. But when I looked at their customer support, it was abysmal. From the looks of things the warranty is practically non-existent.
Good thing about this particular deal is Costco. Personally I haven't done it, but you can supposedly return the thing even years later. Regardless of that their warranty department is top notch. So I think this is the one to go for even though this is the lesser model for the same price

Q revo plus also has a flexiarm to mop closer to edges of wall. Overall probably better model but I went with Costco QXRevo for peace of mind on returns if I run into issues

Q revo plus also has a flexiarm to mop closer to edges of wall. Overall probably better model but I went with Costco QXRevo for peace of mind on returns if I run into issues

I paid around ~$670 last black Friday and it's worth every penny. It does require some minimal maintenance, but my floors with 4 kids + 2 dogs have never been cleaner.

what is costco return policy on this? say it breaks or doesn't work properly in 1.5 years? since its electronics is the return window shortended?

I ordered q revo plus too. Better suction 7000 pa and side arm mopping. Robo is good deal then Costco

Are these mop vacuums safe for hardwood floors ? Also are these those vacuums which lower or raise mop pads based on whether it is hardwood or carpet?

They will make a one time accommodation via chat, kind of stupid because I used the same logic. I would just buy a new one and return it with the old receipt. Kind of made it seem like a real big deal and it would be noted on my account so I will never get an accommodation for a price match again in the future.

We've used our much older Roborock for over 4 years on our 1700 sq ft upstairs that is 90% hardwood floor. Absolutely no issues with the floors at all. We just use plain water.
