Store them in a dry area and they'll last till that one time you need them.
If you use your jumper cables a lot or for work I'd recommend getting at minimum a 2ga set with OFC.
Once you exceed the amp rating of any wire type it'll get hot and melt the sheathing then eventually catch on fire.
Cheaper/smaller gauge cables just require you to be attentive because if there's significant current draw they will burn.
I see nothing that says they are CCA.
I have some off brand amazon 4-guage cables that have worked fine the last 7 years . The ones in this deal are likely at least as good.

I've actually used my jumper pack a few times. Once on myself but a couple times on my mowers and
4 wheelers.

At 20ft of 4-gauge CCA, these should be fine for most cars with a low, not completely dead, battery. If someone needs more current for their particular application, then they can either spend the bucks for pure copper, get a larger gauge cable, or use a shorter length (a 10' cable has half the resistance of a 20' one).
