These look larger than their Nanos, some of which are 30W. What am I missing?

These ones are standard power adapters. The 30W Nanos use GaN technology which allows them to be more efficient in a more compact size.

Dumb question....I have a usbc dell laptop that has a normal power cord with a brick mid cord. Will this work to replace that cord?

Yes and no, will it charge it when it's off or in sleep mode yes.
Will it charge when your using it, no. It may just keep the battery level at a steady state or it may slowly deplete but not as fast as if it wasn't plugged in.

I use my 25W charger (different brand) some times but when I'm not using it. Like using one in my car to charge it while I'm driving. So I know a 25W charger will charge it just not while using it.

also mine doesn't have pps just basic PD

This is less than a quarter of the wattage that you'd need for a laptop.
This could be used as a overnight charger.

They need to stop calling 25w as fast smh. More like super slow charger.
Majority phones 25w is fast charging 5w more isn't much of a difference. Some phones even limit fast charging for battery longevity supposedly.

iPhone 15 Pro Max is capped at 27W while Samsung in the US market is capped at 25W IIRC so 25W is basically the fastest phone charger you need in the US.

Is this for real? Genuinely curious is this is a USA thing only? I'm in Asia for reference, but still using an older model phone. Was looking into the new iPhone for this year.

Speak for yourself. OnePlus has 50w charging and it would be hard to go back at this point

Samsung is 45 watt max currently. Oneplus is much faster. Min should be 65 at this point
