The iPhone lightning cable charges at 15W so no it is not a fast charger for iPhones, but is not far from the 20W maximum that iPhones cap out at (Pro charges at 25w I believe and Pro Max at 29W). The USB C cable charges at 30W which will charge an android phone pretty quickly if it supports 30W or higher charging. The 2 open USB ports both charge at 12W.
30+15+12+12 = 69
If you have an incredibly fast charging phone like a OnePlus, don't expect this to charge at 69W, it won't.

I have a couple USB chargers that look identical to Apple's that I paid a couple bucks for. They're absolutely garbage but that doesn't make Apple chargers bad.
That being said, I don't know anything about this LISEN brand. They could be crap to.
