i bought a similar item years ago to use as a laundry basket. the build quality is good, but does take up a ton of space. You could use it to store toys or something.

Anyone know how to keep the walls of the basket up? I have something similar but the wall just folds over and so annoyed of it.

Some of the reviews stated that this particular rope style basket has trouble standing up unless you fill it up all the way with stuff...additionally, the stitches between the ropes comes off after a while indicating it may not serve rough and tough usage.

I'd probably get wood dowels at least 3/8ths inch thick, cut them to length to match the height from the floor to the rim of the basket, and hot glue (gorilla brand) the dowels to the inside of the basket, spacing the dowels out equally. I'm not sure how many vertical dowel rods you'd need, maybe 6? You could also paint the dowels so they blend in better

I stuff a giant blanket or two into it. Great dog bed that is easier to wash. Dog loves it.
