While your statement is true for most, I don't understand why you expended the energy to post your statement this other than to be a troll. Everyone values something different. I have had over 25 EcoSmart LED bulbs that are supposed to last 50,000 hours die on my over the last 6 years. None of by Hue bulbs have suffered the same fate, so instead of spending 25-30 dollars replacing multiple 100w EcoSmart LEDs plus the time to replace them. I'll spend 32 dollars on a light bulb that will actually last a long time plus have smart home capacities. Thank you MysteriousKarma for your comment.

i have 20 hue bulbs now, some for 3 years with not a single burn out. the app control is much easier than govee, you can sync up to 10 to spotify, corsair icue and apparently LG C3/G3 tvs and newer now have app support. Prices are usually $45 per bulb and the only one that bugs me price wise is the Signe for $319
